Plan referred to by Mr Hawkshaw and Mr Parrott in their evidence of 7th and 8th June 1855' In 1855, Sir John Hawkshaw proposed what could have been the world's first Underground railway (although the construction of the Metropolitan line, which opened in 1863, had already received Royal assent at the date of publication of this map), which he called the "Railway Arcade", by virtue of its covered, sub surface nature.

Since receiving them, these king-size white goose down pillows have truly transformed my sleep. They are incredibly soft and fluffy to the touch, so plush it's hard to believe they hold their shape. Sleeping on them is like lying on a cloud.
The 100% cotton cover adds extra comfort: it feels cool to the touch, breathes well throughout the night, and helps me maintain a comfortable temperature while I sleep. Furthermore, the "reinforced fiber" structure is noticeable: after several weeks of use, the pillows retain their support; they don't clump or lose their shape, ensuring consistently good rest.
I find they have the ideal balance between firmness and softness: firm enough to support my neck and head, yet plush enough to adapt to my posture without creating pressure. This has improved my nights; I sleep more soundly and wake up with less stiffness in my neck.

Hotel-like comfort at home
I bought these pillows from Beautyrest and they really exceeded my expectations. They are very soft but at the same time have good support, which helps you rest better throughout the night. They feel like luxury hotel pillows, especially because of their down-like filling.
The jumbo size is perfect and they come well filled, they are not easily crushed. In addition, the cotton cover feels fresh and of good quality.
They arrived quickly and well packed. After using them for several days, they maintain their shape and comfort. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to improve your rest without spending too much.
